The Operations Coordinator supports the efficient day-to-day operations of Community First Hawaiʻi by providing administrative, financial, human resources, and operational support across the organization. This position serves as a central point of coordination for internal operations, ensuring organizational systems, processes, and compliance activities function efficiently while supporting staff, leadership, and organizational initiatives. The Operations Coordinator works collaboratively with program staff, leadership, vendors, contractors, and community partners to promote operational excellence and organizational effectiveness.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Executive Director and executive leadership of Community First Hawaiʻi, helping manage priorities, communications, meetings, schedules, and organizational responsibilities. This position also supports the Board of Directors and serves as a key liaison among leadership, staff, Board members, community partners, vendors, and other stakeholders, requiring professionalism, discretion, initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
