Randy is the Executive Director of Community First and is responsible for carrying out our strategic vision and mission. He served for 8 years with Mayor Kenoi in various roles at the County of Hawaiʻi including Director of the Department of Research & Development, Deputy Managing Director, and Managing Director. He is a long time Hawaiʻi Island small business owner of Creative Arts Hawaii and Aloha Grown. He graduated from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Marketing. He is the current President of the Hawaiʻi Island Chamber of Commerce; member and past President of the Rotary Club of South Hilo; director and past President of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hawaiʻi; board member of the Hawaiʻi Health System Corporation’s East Hawaiʻi Regional Board, the Salvation Army, Keahole Center for Sustainability, and emeritus board member of the Boys and Girls Club of the Big Island.

Krystle is the Business Manager for Community First, a 501(c)3 non-profit founded in East Hawai`i in 2014. She received her bachelors degree in Business Management from UH Hilo in 2018 and her masters degree in Human Resource Management from UH Manoa in 2019. Krystle is well rounded in the business world, and has held positions in administration, accounting, human resources, and safety. Krystle is an active community member and supports organizations such as Hawai`i Island Chamber of Commerce, Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce, Japanese Chamber of Commerce, Alzheimer’s Association, and American Cancer Society. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching movies and spending time with her kids.

Tish is a dedicated leader and lifelong learner who is passionate about community and committed to fostering connections and supporting others. Beyond work, Tish is pursuing a BS in Psychology with a concentration in social psychology, driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior and relationships. Tish has always been drawn to roles that encourage connection, learning, and meaningful support for others. Creativity is another key part of her life. Whether curating a zoom experience for the audience, coordinating an engaging event or finding innovative ways to engage volunteers and teams, Tish believes in the power of purpose to inspire and connect. When not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, trying new foods and embracing the beauty of the 'Aina. Through both professional and personal passions, Tish is committed to making a meaningful impact, one connection at a time.

Justi is a passionate community advocate who has dedicated her career to strengthening connections and supporting families across Hawai’i Island. With many years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she has experience in program coordination, family support, healthcare outreach, and helping community members connect to vital resources and services, always with the goal of helping others thrive. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology and a Master of Science in Management from Walden University, and brings a wide range of skills in leadership, collaboration, and community engagement. On her free time, Justi enjoys spending time with loved ones, serves as a baseball Team Mom, and remains committed to making a lasting and positive impact in the community she calls home.
