Hawai`i Island Charity Walk
Walk with us and help us support Hawaiʻi's local non-profits! Since 1979, Hawaiʻi Island has raised more than $5.6 million to support hundreds of diverse non-profit organizations on the island. The public is always invited to participate in this annual event which typically features a morning of delicious food, fun, fabulous entertainment, and a little exercise to help charities within our community.

Celebration of Life
Hawaiʻi Island’s largest lantern floating ceremony brings the first bon dance of the season, live music, hula, memorial activities, food vendors, and celebration of loved ones passed for the whole ʻohana.

We invite healthcare providers, social service organizations, policymakers, and community leaders to join us on October 15–16, 2026, at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort for two days of learning, connection, and collective action.
